our services
At Invictus Physical Therapy, we stay at the forefront of athletic rehabilitation by integrating modern clinical care with performance-driven principles. Every service we offer is designed to support long-term athletic development, not short-term fixes.

Movement analysis
Every athlete begins with a thorough one-on-one evaluation that looks beyond symptoms to identify the root of the issue.

manual therapy
& targeted interventions
We use manual therapy and other targeted interventions (ie. dry needling) to support recovery and improve movement quality.

Manual therapy is used intentionally as a tool to support active rehab, not replace it.

therapeutic exercise
We design individualized exercise programs that restore movement, rebuild strength, and prepare athletes to handle the demands of training and competition.

Every exercise is selected with intent, progressed strategically, and tied directly to the athlete’s goals.

return to sport & reconditioning
Returning to sport requires more than being “pain-free.”

We guide athletes through structured return-to-play progressions to ensure they get back stronger and more confident than before.
