Training Program FAQs
We place athletes based on a combination of their age and playing experience. During the evaluation, one of our coaches will guide your athlete through specific drills and activities to measure their technical ability. Afterward, the coach will provide you with detailed feedback and make the final recommendation on which skill level is the best fit for your child’s development.
Once one of our Member Services Specialists gets you set up for your evaluation, we'll need you to download the Invictus App, sign-in, and complete profile setup by adding a card on file.
When you arrive to the facility for your initial evaluation, please go to the front desk. One of our team members will show you around the facility, introduce you to the coach who will be running your athlete's evaluation, and answer any questions you guys may have.
At Invictus, the evaluation isn’t just about testing skills — it’s about creating a clear roadmap. After the session, the coach will meet with you to go over how your athlete performed, highlight their strengths, and identify areas for growth. From there, the coach will discuss next steps, assign a Technical Skill Level and the best development plan for your athlete moving forward, so you know exactly where they fit in our program and how we’ll help them reach their goals.
If you sign up for membership at the facility on the same day of your evaluation, you will be given 25% off your first month's membership. Our Member Services Specialist will help you set up the membership, Invictus App setup, and get your Invictus Training Top.
No, all athletes are to be evaluated in a Technical Class (Foundations or Mastery). Reason being, these classes have a more holistic curriculum, so our Coaches can assess different areas of their game. With this information, they can truly make the best recommendation for your athlete - which could be a specialty class if their development needs are that specialized.
Specialty classes that we are referring to are Striking & Finishing and Strength, Speed & Power classes.
